Imposter posing as CW Watch Shop on TRF

Please be advised, there is someone that has been contacting members today (8/22/21) posing as CW Watch Shop on TRF. This is not from anyone affiliated with our company. He is using the email address gyunindustrise11@gmail.com in his messages to members as his preferred contact, which is also not anyone from our company. We have notified admin for TRF, but want to advise everyone here, just in case!

The first give away for me was the TRF screen name CWWATCHSHOP; a quick search showed nothing from this account in 6 months or so until today. Here is the exact PM I got from the scammer -

Am interested in your beautiful watch. Please send me a direct message to gindustries11@gmail.com for instant reply.

Got the same pm from a different account with the exact message above. Already reported and mods banned that account promptly. Awesome work!

But both your account and CWWatchshop were both set up from the same IP address using the same email server, after the latter received a bunch of infractions leading to suspension from admin, which means you were operating two accounts, which is against the rules.

I was excited thinking it was a potential sale.

This individual is lighting it up today. I got a pm then email from him as well with the same birthday story and the bad link. The whole thing smelled really funny. I offered direct contact via phone or zoom and no answer. Glad to know I can blow this guy off, and like ipodlover77 was cautiously optimistic about the potential sale.
