Hello All,

How you all doing name is Jay from NJ and have been looking to purchase my first Rolex for a couple of years now. I finally pulled the trigger on a Date just I found online, it finally came in and I took it to a AD. Now the AD I had the unfortunate time of dealing with treated me as a sub par human being because I bought a used date just instead of coming in and spending his quoted $17,500... He then instead of giving an evaluation of the watch, just belittled the hell out of it.

Here are my concerns with the watch and maybe you guys can help point me in the right direction.

The bezel and dial are aftermarket, the bracelet is aftermarket but the clasp is from the original one. The watch was supposedly just serviced by the jeweler but it is difficult to wind up. I don't know if this is because of its age or something is broken inside. However the movement is operating correctly and appears to be holding time just fine. I was told the diamonds are real, but have not been able to verify this yet. Anyone know of a jeweler that could inspect in Northern NJ area?
