As some of you know, I left about ten days ago to go visit my wife’s family in southern Italy as she has her parents there and sisters. I also have a lot of family as my parents are from there. I couldn’t make up my mind of what watch to bring. My wife said don’t bring any of the PM models I have. She also said leave the AP at home, so I brought this watch. It has been worn daily here and I a.m. more in love with it as the days pass. Anyway, I will post some pics of the watch and country side and of course the beaches. We come from a very popular beach town and area. Needless to say, there are a lot of Rolex sightings here

Looks awesome!!! That's definitely a perfect travel watch! I tend to take 2 watches always, one sporty and one classy. No PM when out of US, but I take APs with me all the time.

Happy Ferragosto. This is where every year on the 15th if August Italy closes and everyone chooses to spend the day in the country side with family and tonnes of food, wine and cheese. It’s an all day event. We just finished round one.

So, we went to a wedding a few days ago in the Naples/Foggia region in Italy. I have to say, from beginning to end, this wedding from which we began eating at 2pm and finished our last morsel of food at 1am was top notch. It was incredible. Here are some pics of the food. The wedding reception was at Villa Regina.
