That's great! I also had a perfect experience with APSC when I sent my diver in for the third year warranty and to get my inner bezel replaced because the print was off. They replaced it under warranty with a properly printed (original one was slightly off/crooked in certain sections) bezel and they returned the watch in the exact same pristine condition in which I sent it in as. Best service experience I've had so far. Two thumbs up for that team!

I had a chance to chat with Lindsey too with regards to sending my AP in and she was wonderful. Actually convinced me to hold off because it would save me money to wait a bit longer. Totally class act.

Listen up other APSC around the world! Learn from this "extra mile" service of Clearwater. It's not rocket science to please your customers. Congrats on your newly serviced 44 :)

I agree but that's what I was told. I remember who told me but I don't want to name names. This person would know what they were talking about. And my strap is in awesome shape!

Great to hear; I had posted my good experience with the Clearwater Service Center awhile back.

I think other company's try to cut too many corners and customers notice.

AP is clearly a company that cuts no corners. So pleased to have the comfort of knowing my expensive treasures are well protected within the AP after sales service centers.
