It's back

Hi all, just got my CE diver back from the Paris Boutique, si they changed the case, and regulated it.

I asked what was the cause, nothing is certain but according to AP it would have been a shock, they said the dial was displaced a little, which I find hard to believe as it fell only one time, 4 months before the crack appeared, and it fell on my shoe and from there slid on the floor, so no real shock, and again this was a long time before the crack appeared.

Of course they fixed it for free, I would think it was A fabrication problem, if it was because of the "shock" I am talking about it would be not great but I can't believe it is so fragile, especially when the crack was at the most protected part if the case, between the rubber under the bezel and the crown guard.

In any case AP SC is great, it was sent to Le Brassus.

Here are a few pics of watches I tried at the Boutique, crap can't download them from my phone, will try later

Thanks guys.
Don't know why but when Inwant to post my pics it says "security token missing" have no idea what that is, also says I should contact the mods, so I wrote something, hope to be able to post, the ones I tried are the 2 YG RO PC, and tourbillon skeleton, the RG 44, RG Jumbo, so 4 watches in all, will try again, pics are not great but still nice to see them.
Anyways it's nice to have my diver back, and in a few days going to Switzerland to get my PP, that'll be quite cool as well, even if it's one I had before...

I have never really followed AP as thought they were generally too big...have to say I think yours is the nicest looking if those posted. I know the skeleton will be a favourite but unlike to be able to tell the time on a watch.

CE Diver and YG PC look the best on you IMO. Glad you opted for 5167R over the RG 44mm ROO because it looks too darn big.

Thanks mate, must say the lugs don't hang over in any way, so it's just fine for my wrist and could be one of the possibilities one day

Thanks Mike, yeah I agree the 44 is too big, of course the pic is taken up close but even when I looking in the mirror from a distance it did seem too much, people with smaller wrists than me do wear them but probably not for me, anyways I am really excited tonget the 5167R so I think it should be a keeper, oh the 44 RG is also a little heavy, nothing special but after a few hours it might be not very comfy

To be honest the coolest one was the skeleton tourbillon, but would like better in RG than YG, in any case at 214K euros it really isn't for me, then the Jumbo, all 39mm RO's fit perfectly on my 6.9 wrist, but the 44 is clearly a tad big, even if the ouc was taken too close it is possible to wear it but I think the diver at 42mm is as big as I'll ever go

Glad you got it back and now can enjoy it again. So in the end, they didn't disclose the reason on the fracture? Curious as I got a Cdiver as well.

What collection? Those photos are just of other models Arnaud tried on in the Paris boutique, whilst collecting his 15707 Ceramic Diver.

Oops. My mistake. That's what I get for skimming TRF threads while between clients at work

Supposedly a shock, but not sure and they didn't even insinuate that at all, I think they don't want me to think it was badly made, which can happen, AP deserves the maximum for SC
