So was giving my 15400 a quick rinse/cleaning and just as I had put it under the faucet, I realized that the crown was out. I literally had it under the running water for less than 2 seconds before I noted it and immediately dried it off and screwed it back in before continuing. And it wasn't like the water was running right on the crown/stem. Question is should I even be concerned about any water potentially getting in there? I'm thinking no but would love to get some reassuring comments from you all. Thanks!

I don't think so either. But I would monitor the watch closely and see it's doing something out of the ordinary.

I think it will be fine but watch for condensation under the crystal and case back.

I will add that the crown was not pulled fully out and was just at the first position if that makes a difference. Will keep an eye on condensation....

You will be fine, but as singe89 suggested keep a look out for condensation is a general good tip. If you have gotten moisture inside the watch you will get condensation.

I did the same thing with my 5980 without realizing. I think you should be ok. Just check for condensation.
