It’s close between my ym40 on oysterflex and Daytona. I think the Daytona just has it.

I know this is an old thread but even to this day I feel my yachmaster 40 is still the most comfortable Rolex. My second most comfortable is the datejust 41 on jubilee.

Either 36mm dj on super jubilee or steel Daytona which is the perfect size and very lightweight to me

I have a DD40 228238, GMT 116718 and YM 126622. The Yacht-Master and my Santos are my daily drivers. The Yachty has a smaller case with the lugs tapering, a very flat case back compared to the Sub I sold (and shorter clasp).

My 39mm Explorer MK II wears very nice, light and close to the wrist to the point you forget about it.

What is your most comfortable Rolex?
Daytona 116500 followed closely by the GMT 126710 on Jubilee.

5 digit sub Kermit, with SEL modern bracelet. I love all my watches, but strictly on comfort, this combo is hard to beat.

I am changing my original answer as I had not experienced the SS Daytona as it now ranks my #1 in comfort.
Daytona has a flatter case back and doesn’t have a super case making it disappear on the wrist as soon as you put it on. No other Rolex I have owned can do this in cold and warm weather.

Anything with an Oysterflex. I have all three PM Sky-dwellers on Oysterflex. If I could have Oysterflex on all of my watches I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Ohhh, this is easy.
The most comfortable modern Rolex is Explorer 1 (39mm). Second place its the 5 digits reference Subs, GMT however these loose points when it comes to the bracelet.

What is your most comfortable Rolex?
I like the way my Submariner 114060 hugs my wrist. Not too tight, not too loose. It is perfect.
Second would be my DJ41. Third would be my BLNR. Both of those are on jubilee bracelets. I suppose a combination of the oyster bracelet and the Glidelock clasp are factors here. Also, the DJ41 and BLNR don’t fit me bad, per se. They actually fit great, but they’re just not quite as perfect as the Submariner. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
