Incoming!!!

Well, I like this watch so much I bought it twice! Couldn't be happier and absolutely love the Breitling brand!

Here's the current collection:

Want to get the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore next!

Of my two Breitling's I'm blown away by the Black dialed A13340 Chrono SuperOcean, but both that and the Blue are fantastic. I'm amazed by the way the appearance changes from various angles in different lighting.

I think the SuperOcean are some of the nicest Breitling watches out there. Great choice.

nice collection. You have similar taste as i have(tool watches with solid bracelet and water resist). Have you liked Fortis?

Thanks! I definitely agree with this! Albeit subjective, I was able to get a Chronomat 44 Black dial and decided to go this route. Zero regrets, as this piece represents my favourite era of Breitling watches. The design elements such as the dial detail made it simple for me.

Thanks! Fortis is one of my favourite brands! My first Swiss watch ever was at age 19, a Raymond Weil W1 Parsifal just like the one in the photo. The original was sold to a friend years ago but I was able to replace it with what's shown.

My first mechanical Swiss watch was a Fortis B-42 Cosmonaut just like the one there, but it was sold to my brother who still has it. Missed that one too so late last year added the one shown in the pictures. I'm huge fan of watches that can endure more, particularly my watersports.

Anyway, I'm very fond of Fortis due to it's place in my watch journey. Wouldn't be against adding some more to my collection one day.

Thank you! I'm actually tempted to get a Chronomat 44 next, yet again. Although I prefer the A13340 as far as looks go (totally subjective), it's hard not to want more from this brand! My interactions with Breitling over the phone have been some of the most pleasant.

Thanks, Paul! It gets the most wrist time and recently accompanied me as a logged some flight time.

Congrats! What a great watch. I look at those about once a month and consider buying. I’ve always loved the SuperOcean chronos. The cool thing about your pair is you have two different dial colors and the two different hand styles. Well done!

Thanks, Dave! They're fun to browse online and certainly tempting. I'm very happy having both dial colours and can't imagine another watch I would rather own twice (at the same time).

Hopefully you'll be convinced and end up with one on your wrist too!

We certainly do, Wayne! I remember when you had various dial colours before giving the Breitling's to a family member. As I was debating the purchase for the second one that stuck with me and had me convinced!

Actually... believe it or not, I have been seriously thinking about getting another SO 42. I miss that watch so much and to this date, honestly- The most comfortable watch I have ever worn. Black with the P3 braclet. I can't explain it, but I really connected with that watch. Oddly I have had the exact model twice now. Maybe 3rd time would be the charm?

You should go for it, Wayne! A lot of what you currently are in my collection was previously owned by me but sold years ago. The Raymond Weil, the Fortis, and even the Omega 2225.80 300M Diver Chronograph. The latter was third time owning something from that line (bought the non-chrono version new in 2007), but something kept me coming back. I STILL browse the older Brosnan era predecessor of my 2225.80 on eBay for fun.

If after all of that you still want the watch so badly you should consider getting it again. Everything I have now will ultimately be kept for life, so I can enjoy them all even for the ones that sit more.

To top it off, based on current circumstances Breitling is in my opinion to best brand to be into. No major difficulties buying one new if desired and pre-owned presents some incredible buying opportunity did to the significant depreciation.

Thanks, Michelle! It seems as if I'm finally starting to feel content with my collection. Can't think of much else I want at this stage, largely thanks to this incredible piece.
