Congrats to all

I need to ask about fitment. I have worn a Gold Sub and occasionally I would adjust it

Does anyone ever have any issues with wanting to adjust but not having the ability to?
with mine i took a link off and when my wrist expands i feel it a bit tighter
ther is no half link for the DD40 at least i went to my local AD and they searched and said there is no part no. for half link.
i got used to it...it was not a deal breaker for me but micro adjustments are welcomed.

I didn't know they made half links for the president, or was that for the oyster? I just purchased the yg gmt and must admit the easylink adjustment is coming in quite handy. They could do something similar on the president, but then again they'd have to replace the hidden crown clasp.

Yes, I'd have trouble choosing between the two. Glad you have both, and I imagine you give them both the same amount of wrist time too, no? Or just one watch and you just swap dials ?? I'm curious as I'm thinking of a second dial for mine.
Nah I caved in and bought both of them. I loved both dials equally so now I rotate between them.

I must admit my subs/GMT and APs get zero wrist time currently.

Very nice. I'm becoming very fond of that colour combination. I just might do something about it too. A bit off topic, but I wonder when we'll start seeing on the DD, the small crown between "Swiss and Made" that they're putting on other models. Some models on the website have it, others don't. Looks like all the Datejusts have it and some of the tool watches. I'm sure it will keep some people holding off on a purchase for a while, which is why, I'm sure, Rolex is not making a grand announcement. Maybe they'll skip the DDs and just do those models where there is going to be some form of improvement. I believe the DJ is getting an improved movement.

I wish they would do more colored dials on the white gold DD40 in both sticks and romans

I love this olive dial! It changes a lot in different lightning conditions and I think it’s so special! I think you should pull the trigger!;)

I just received a white dial, yellow gold day date.
It’s absolutely gorgeous.
Would like to post picture but don’t know how.
Can anyone help me?

amazing watches all! How durable is the fluted bezel? Is it easily damaged? Can you get the bezel replaced with a new one during the service?
