I’m seriously considering an old school champagne dial DD (36)

It was never me but there is nothing else that I’m desperate for (just waiting on a Daytona).

Loved the comparison and the conclusion. I don't have the same memory of a special 36mm Day-Date but would love owning one. Maybe in the future.

This is such a good article. Thank you for sharing. I love how the author touches the the ancient allure of wearing yellow gold. Personally, I feel that when wearing my 116718. Gold is a fascinating metal.

Great article. I agree with the author. The 36mm wears larger than life and you don't need bigger. It a great watch...makes me want to wear mine.

I love looking at them. But having owned a DD40, never again until they figure out a way to incorporate a micro adjustment.

Once you have watches with them, it’s tough to go back.
