screwdriver

Hi,I was wondering what tools should I get to size a bracelet myself. Will the Bergeon 6767-f work. Will that work for an AP 15202. I was just at my dealer and she used the Rolex 2100 screwdriver on the AP but I looked online and people said to use a 1.4 for the AP and the 2100 is a 1.6. Do I need 2 separate screwdriver for an AP and Rolex or just get the 2100.

I used 1.2mm cut out screwdriver for the jumbo. I bought mine on eBay for about 15 bucks. Works great.

I have the same one in 1.2/1.4/1.6

Jumbo/rolex/tudor

Just as a heads up, I also had read on the forum that a 1.4mm screwdriver was the way to go for a RO, but it was too small for my 15400. 1.6mm (same one I use for Rolex professional models) was perfect.

Frankly for 15 a piece just buy all three sizes. Money well spent.

Hi - was your jumbo pre or post 40th anniversary?.. (I ask because the pre 40th ones have a slightly slimmer bracelet than the 40th, so was curious if that would imply a differently sized screwdriver depending on "which" jumbo we're referring to)

I just sized a new Jumbo. The boutique had removed two links for my 6.75" wrist, but I needed to remove one more. I was able to try my various screwdrivers carefully on the removed links.

The boutique told me to use a 1.4mm screwdriver, but I found my 1.6mm hollow point did fit. As did my 1.5mm Wiha (normal wedge tip). But both did hit the bottom of the screw slot, as it is pretty shallow. I didn't try a 1.4mm screwdriver, as it seemed likely that it would move around too much, unless it was custom fitted.

I ended up using the 1.5mm Wiha, but folded scotch tape over the tip to "thicken" it, and to avoid any scratches on the bottom of the screw slot. Worked great.

Dabbed a tiny bit of Loctite 222 in the screwhole with a toothpick when putting the bracelet back together. Easy job.
