Since this was -is an Invicta thread, get a Steinhart instead. The Ocean 39 Explorer
is made in 300 unit lots-and Gnomon sells out quickly. The ETA 2824 -2 elabore
movement is tough. Recommend the non-date non-complication versions.
They are trouble free though Steinhart has an amazing customer service branch.
Rolex made a 5513 Explorer -dialed Submariner(rare). This is as close as an affordable
version-with warranty.

Rolex may /may not have been ahead of BlancP...... with the Submariner design, they perfected it with triple lock gaskets and first to provide COMEX and military versions.
Like Lilly Langtry and the soap....My wife is using the Steinhart 39 Explorer while her Rolex is being serviced.
Pay a bit more....get quite a bit more.....................
