Rolex Dial Codes?

As we know, Rolex uses dial codes like many manufacturers. I wanted to know if anyone has put together a comprehensive list of dial codes and their corresponding colours/indexes. I've been using a blog post from Millenary Watches, a "rolex dial codes" google search will pop it up immediately. It also covers bracelet and clasp codes. It's fantastic, but it doesn't include some of the more modern colours like the green dials (see John Mayer Daytona). Just was wondering if anyone in the community has a more expansive list/guide that they would be willing to share.
