First Rolex Incoming...
Actually a double incoming (sort of). Had my eye on the SD43 for some time now and finally decided to pull the trigger a while back. Based on lack of availability and unsure if it would fit my 6.7" wrists, I convinced my wife that I get an interim watch to hold me over. A few weeks back I found a Tudor Black Bay Rose in Black which was beautiful in person. I promptly picked that up and continued my search for the SD.
Fast forward a few weeks and I stopped into an AD on my way back from a client meeting in NJ and asked to be put on a list. To my surprise I got a call two days later. She said it was my lucky day and she just got one in would hold it for me. Safe to say, I went there as fast as I could and loved everything about the watch. Size wise, it is the upper limit of what I could pull off but it feels very comfortable. Looking forward to enjoying it as a daily wearer. Congratulations on your new SD43! Looks like it fits your wrist very nicely. If you can swing it, you might want to hang on to your black BB ETA/rose as those have been rising keenly in price due to limited production (might be a way to justify keeping it to your wife).
