Rolex Datejust 116263 Real or Fake?

Hey guys,
I am looking to buy this watch, it looks good to me except for the green sticker on the back of the watch. I thought they stopped sticking these on the back. Can anyone confirm?

Thank you

The seller claims the watch is sold already. I think I am going to pass on this one.
