1680 Dial Help

Is this the correct Matte dial? I have been trying to compare and is it correct for serial.

It is a 546xxxx serial.

This Mk2 dial is perfectly correct for the serial.

Regarding the condition, is it rust all around the bezel and on the crown guards ?
