My Breitling Crosswind running fast

I noticed that when kept on my winder for a couple weeks, it was about 2 or 3 minutes fast. But I have the Brookstone programmable winder and realized I had it set for nearly 2000 rotations a day.

Is it possible that the watch was being over-wound and that's why it was running fast? I just set the winder to 950 TPD and I am going to leave it on there for a couple weeks and see if the problem is solved.

Doesn't this watch prevent over-winding automatically?

What is the recommended TPD for Breitling, 850?

Rolex is 650 right??
