First 2 rules in customer service:

1. The customer is always right.
2. When the customer is wrong, refer to rule #1.

Doesn't seem like JazTime knows this school of training.

If you are looking for a customer-service orientated seller in that area HIGHLY recommend OC Rolex guy in Huntington Beach. Talk with Patrick or Steve or George, TOP NOTCH all the way around.

It's worrisome that a dealer would treat anyone who asks relevant questions, let alone innocuous questions, as a nit. I've never experienced this until I asked Jaztime what the serial letter/year of a Daytona was and if its parts were all original (wasn't in listing). You would have thought I asked my wife to sign a prenup judging by how iritable and rude the manager was towards me.
