Which ones do you like? Warning, lots of photos.

I showed my CIO some photos from my vacation in BC and he wanted to take some of my work and have it professionally printed and framed to use as art in our office.

So I put together 23 photos that I liked that were taken in Texas and British Columbia and I am curious on which ones that you guys would like. (I would have done a poll, but I'm limited to 10 options and I didn't want to break this into 3 messages.)

And can you figure out the location that I took the photo?

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I usually photograph for myself, so I'm always surprise to think that anyone else likes my pictures besides me.

Unfortunately our office isn't big enough to be hanging up all of the photos so they are trying to narrow it down. I know that #22 is definitly one that is being selected.

Well Jason, you're almost dead on with your guesses. But how about the other ones?

22 was taken in Port Alberni, British Columbia. It is a photo of the Alberni Pacific Railway #7 steam train.

Great shot's of one of the most beautiful places on earth..I love livin here!
Great shots of Granville Island. I go to Pedro's everyday for my coffee!
Did you get a chance to take one of the sightseeing flights when you were in Squamish?
I took one a few years ago when I had a freind visit from the UK. flew over the Tantalus glacier, absolutely stunning.
Next time your here take a visit to the Okenagan, they grow some of the finest wine in the world!
BC has it all, cosmopolitan cities, supernatural coastline, mountains, prairies, dessert..Paradise IMHO!

I really just drove through Squarmish to get to Whistler so I didn't do any shooting there. I wanted to do a sight-seeing flight, but time was an issue not to mention helio tours are pretty expensive. I may consider a fix plane tour the next time I'm up there. Okanagan Valley was originally on the plan to visit since we wanted to stop by a few wineries to grab some ice wine, but it was too long of a drive and it would take too much time. We visited Vancouver, than Whistler, than Port Alberni, than Tofino, than Victoria and finally back to Vancouver within 1 week.

The Canadian photos were taken in Vancouver, Whistler, Port Alberni, Tofino, Parksville, Campbell River and Victoria. I've been visiting BC for over a decade so I'm pretty familiar with the area, but there's still so much to do and see. I do love BC and always considered moving to Vancouver or Victoria. I wish there was a place like Granville Island in Dallas since I'm a big foodie.

Oh Yeah, Granville Island is a foody paridise! There are some really high quality resteraunts here as well and China town is amazing for the food sold there.
When you come up here again check this out, they are who I used and are great and affordable for sightseeing flights!

Also, I know it will be colder but if you ever visited during the winter the eagle watching at Squamish is not to me missed, just pack your telephot lens ! there are at times several thousand eagle gathered to feed of the Salmon, the smell is terrible but the site of all the eagles is incredible, heres a link.

Well, you certainly haven't made it easy for us but #5 is a clear choice imho.

You may want to take into account the location of where you would like put them, color scheme, symbolism, mood. No wrong choices I would say. Great stuff!

I love 1, 3 and 6...fab work but all are remarkable.

They remind me of the not so distant past shooting on Fuji Velvia!

Great stuff, please post some more!
