Not sure about this. Crown does indeed look too low.
Seller claims the el primero movement modified by Rolex and will provide more pics on request....and i have requested! 50/50 over this for now... |

He's sent me pics, quite a few high-res, It's a Franken. There are the 4 markers between the 5 min markers.
It has got an El Primero movement with at least the Rolex rotor on it. The rest of the parts aren't upto that standard though. The bracelet is genuine also but a really old one, totally wrong for the model. |

Yep. Strange to spend so much on a correct size case, real el Primero movement etc then put a bad dial and the wrong bracelet on it. Genuine correct dials are easily available as are bracelets.
My French isn't good enough to start telling/asking the seller about all that though! |

Can you post the pictures of the movement , is it a 4030 ?
this is a 4 marker dial that should be on X reg . |

Not gonna post someone elses pics without their permission.
No, it wasn't a 4030. It was an older El Primero from another brand with a Rolex stamped rotor on. I think the dial may be real but a used repaired/retouched one, hence the crown being too low. |

At least we can safely say it is a "frankenwatch" with some dodgy parts . I have seen listings pulled for much less .( I was wrong about the markers on the X reg and it's dial )

That thing is still there :
Not only the dial and hands are completely wrong : seller states it is fitted with Zénith calibre 3019 PHC where it should be 4030 in a 16520 |

When in doubt the seller must be a hard core watch uber-geek. If one thinks one is going to get a steel from a 3 feed back fool you deserve what you get.
