Dust on Hands . . .

I had my PAM serviced recently and the other night I was cleaning it and the light caught it just right and I noticed the hands looked kind of chipped. I then looked at it through a loupe and it looks like dust. There's also a small smudge/dust on the other side of the crystal. Isn't PAM service center supposed to clean the whole watch when they service? I know Rolex will replace everything. Or do all the hands look this way? Does it look like dust to you guys? Do you think I need to take it back to the boutique in NYC and tell them to send it back? It's only been out of service a month. I hope you can see what I'm talking about in the photo.
Thanks . . .

Tough for me to see anything in that pic, but, YES, if there's dust and fingerprints, take it back STAT. Annoying, but, better to get it fixed than to live with it, IMO.

The photo isn't the best, but you can see particles along the hands.

Yes--send it back. Especially if services through a boutique.

Took it into the boutique today and the manager, Shariff, is taking care of everything. He said when I brought it in for service I stated that I didn't want the hands cleaned, but I told him I wasn't even asked. Had I been asked I would've had it done. He told me hands were $80, but he'll waive that and take care of it for me. He's the man to go to if your in NYC. I had read great reviews about him on the Paneristi site and he lives up to his reputation. Stand up guy!!!

funny to me if cleaning has to be asked when we are servicing....
