Lately I've been hitting the local microbreweries. Sampled two local breweries last night, Nale House and Lower Forge.

If any of you are on Facebook, and are beer enthusiasts, check out my son and my beer review page.

We've sampled thousands of beers, breweries, and pubs from all over the world. Any time we try something new that we like, we post a picture and a review. We're always looking for new brews and pubs.

Julius from Tree House Brewing Company. The best beer I've ever had. I haven't had King Julius, so I can't say that's the best I've ever had..

Brewing and drinking today!

Starting an Oatmeal Stout for the New Year.

Steered clear of the wit today; but the other two were delicious.

Local liquor store does a twelve days of xmas special where they put out different special releases each day. Found this guy today.

It's no Mighty Melon Ale, but I suppose it'll do :)

Founders is one of my favorite breweries. Everything I've had from them I've liked. Especially the Centennial IPA.

My bad ... I missed the "claws" on the case. I wasn't familiar with that model - beautiful! I have two vintage Constellations myself ... I should look more closely at the current lineup.

Lately a basement temperature Sam Adams has been my speed. The Cabin Packs will be coming out soon!

For tap beer? Still hooked on Gaffel Kölsch with food, and one of the triple stouts for desert!
