First incoming
Was torn between blue Milgauss, Explorer and Sub NC
I wanted a watch ‘to wear’ and possibly, but hopefully not, this may be the only Rolex I’m able to afford. Decided on the no date - now to find one. Looked around, went on lists - no joy. I didn’t really want to go grey, wanted new with my name on the card, but it wasn’t looking good. Found myself with work, in a hotel out of town. Googled any local ADs, turned out there was, literally around the corner - what did I have to lose? Went in, told my story and asked, if despite being from out of town, I could go onto their list for the Sub. He thought for a moment, and said “ You know, there’s one coming on the delivery this afternoon - if you want to wait and can pay now, it’s yours” OVER THE MOON! |

Great stuff. Wear it in good health! Where did you manage to get the watch in the end?

That's great to know that you can still get a great watch if you try and are lucky.
Congratulations on your Rolex |
