First incoming

Was torn between blue Milgauss, Explorer and Sub NC

I wanted a watch ‘to wear’ and possibly, but hopefully not, this may be the only Rolex I’m able to afford.

Decided on the no date - now to find one.

Looked around, went on lists - no joy.

I didn’t really want to go grey, wanted new with my name on the card, but it wasn’t looking good.

Found myself with work, in a hotel out of town. Googled any local ADs, turned out there was, literally around the corner - what did I have to lose?

Went in, told my story and asked, if despite being from out of town, I could go onto their list for the Sub.

He thought for a moment, and said “ You know, there’s one coming on the delivery this afternoon - if you want to wait and can pay now, it’s yours”

OVER THE MOON!

Great stuff. Wear it in good health! Where did you manage to get the watch in the end?

The Sub would be my first choice from the three you mentioned.

That's great to know that you can still get a great watch if you try and are lucky.

Congratulations on your Rolex
