All things Seiko CHRONOGRAPH

I am new to the Seiko brand and wanted to learn as much as I can about the Seiko chrono’s. I did a search for anything ‘chrono’ related and not a lot came up. I thought it would be good to have a dedicated chrono thread where we can muse about anything chrono.

I’ll kick us off. I have just received this today and really like it for the price point. The bracelet is nothing to write home about, and a little disappointed the pushers can’t be locked in place, but for the price point, it seems like a decent watch. I will make no apologies for saying I bought this because it primarily gives me the Daytona vibes.

I think the price points on their chronos are awesome as well as the style on some of the recent ones. That said, I recently unloaded a seiko
Solar chrono as the 60 minute counter was simply illegible to my eyes, hash marks too close to really read. A 30 minute counter would be idea and the 24 hour hand not really useful for me at least.

Love their vintage chronos. Might have to do some scouting on chrono24 next year

Vintage Seiko Chronographs are great to collect, with awesome designs and very solid heritage.

love how easy it wears and how great it looks!
