that's what we all think but we need concrete evidence to point fingers.

As the saying goes, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck then it is a duck. No need for 'concrete evidence' in this case. Some people just have a very low moral compass.

Is the bezel a click over, or misaligned?

Yes, I'd also like to hear the story!

I'd be careful shipping with FedEx. Everyone THINKS they insure watches but they don't. Here is the info direct from their website:
Tips for Shipping Your Jewelry

Here are a few guidelines to help you ship valuables such as fine jewelry, gemstones and watches.
It’s important to understand the coverage that FedEx makes available to you, so you can supplement it when necessary.

When it comes to jewelry shipments, the maximum declared value is limited to $1,000. If you need to ship jewelry for a special occasion or for a repair, please contact your insurance provider to make sure your jewelry is covered. Declared value is not insurance, and FedEx does not sell insurance.

Dude thanks Iím glad someone is pointing this out - if you go and declare a tiny box worth $10,000 at FedEx you are putting a bullseye on yourself. Itís the most stressful part of watches for me is the shipping. I imagine filing a claim with a third party insurer wouldnít exactly be easy either...

I agree itís difficult for anyone who hasnít had to file a claim since the process can be daunting. But not because of the reason you stated.

And - by using ďcrooksĒ - it sounds like youíve had a bad experience. Sadly Iíve had to file a couple of 6 figure claims in last 2 years and all went smoothly.

If I were the seller I would go to the local police department and file an official report. Hopefully, he can remember who he gave the watch to at the store so that person can be interviewed by the police. Also wonder if there are any cameras at the drop off site.

Iím sorry to say after the run around with the hulk and the wire not being sent along with false papers showing the wire. I would have zero faith at this time that the seller actually shipped you a watch. Not to mention the suspect story where Fedex computers were down.

I would start pursuing getting a refund for the blnr and let the seller deal with fedex.

I could be way off but thatís my 2 cents.

No word on here, but OP does have a brand new BLNR for sale right now in the For Sale Rolex section under Classifieds. Maybe itís the missing watch?
