I have read a bit about this and watch.

As far as I can tell only 5 have been demonstrated to be in public:

1. Jay-Z
2. LeBron James
3. Leonardo DiCaprio
4. Phillips Auction to Zach for $6 million
5. Christies Auction for $3 million

Am I missing anything??
Has any more information been made public about who has, or may have the others???

Watchfalcon on IG just took delivery of one. They are being trickled out to maximize spend by Tiffany clients hoping to get one is my guess. I would not be advertising it if I landed one that’s for sure. Target.

since the "6.5 million" quote was actually 5.35mill + fees. question is, 3.2 mill is that before or after fees?

There are 170 of them, right? There are definitely more than 170 people who could afford the Tiffany spend to get one. Of that cohort, you have to be someone who would actually like one of these, knowing that it's highly, highly noticeable. You either want it to keep in a safe or you want it for wearing (and also keeping in a safe). I'm wondering if there aren't that many people craving one of these...

No idea but check out the little videos he makes one where he gets up early to big on a special Nautilus and the other where he picks up his Tiffany 5711 on. Skateboard

I just realised there are multiple listings of these watches on chrono for just under the $3 mill price. tbh, i don't like the color at all. the original blue dial, or the green one has different textures and hues. You look at it and you know there's a sophistication.

$3 million for a steel watch, a product that was essentially sold for a profit at $30k in a different dial color.

Here is an article that has the most accurate information about the actual distribution of this watch if you are interested:

Thanks Doug5551! It's great to know that for a fraction of the grey market price of this, one can own the original, elegant color blue dial version of the 5711. For a mere 10% of the $3M secondary market price of the Tiffany Blue, anyone could have the superb green dial issue, and who really knows how many of those were sold?
In their own way, ultra luxury goods can be very democratic. We can all wear a version of the 5711/1a and feel like rock stars, movie stars, sheiks, NBA stars, business moguls, you name it. Granted, the entry price is $100K.
And, thankfully, the color of the dial of the most expensive version is so bizarre that, even if you're wearing a white dial 5711, you could pass a polygraph claiming that you never liked the Tiffany Blue.

Nice. Anyone know what the PP model is from the first link? The 5711P, not the anniversary edition which is what shows up when I search for it. Thx

Looks like a 5711/1P-010 which was produced in very limited numbers before the anniversary edition and had never made it into the official catalogue. Totally different ball game from the 700 anniversary watches. You can find it at auction now and then and EWC also sold one many years ago, see below.

I don’t recall the original 5711P (pre 40th) ever being listed in the catalogue. I was under the impression it was only available to top tier customers and as stated, extremely low production.

It’s both true and not totally true :-) Back in 2014/2015, the watch was listed with its full reference in the price list in CHF that the Geneva Salons put in the catalogue they were giving at the Salons. The watch wasn’t displayed in the catalogue of course. But for a customer buying at the Geneva Salons at the time, the existence and price of this watch was known publicly. I don’t have my price list in CHF anymore but it was in the 80k CHF.

Would certainly choose the original without the 40th text on the dial

Patek and LVMH really raked everything they could out of the 5711. When you got princes and kings on the waiting list, you know you've done something right. I bet most of the owners of this watch have at least $100 million net worth
