I know I'm going to lambasted for even asking this....but what's the possibility of fitting a 14060 with a 5513 dial? I realize that this might sound like blasphemy, but it's also a viable way to achieve the vintage aesthetics, while maintaining the durability of a more modern watch.....if it's even possible.

Thoughts and comments?
