If it were fluted then 36 all day long. But with the smooth bezel 39 looks best on your wrist.

36mm white looks good on you. The 36mm size complements your wrist beautifully!, whereas the 39mm seems to make your hand look smaller.

I prefer the blue 36.
It's unique in the OP line with the 3 6 9 numerals.

I like the black dial. Really can't go wrong with any of them.

OP 116000 Blue 3-6-9 Arabic Dial

The new White stick dial looks good, although I'm essentially a 36 bluesman......

The 36mm looks best on you.
I love the 3 6 9 blue dial, as i have one myself.
If you really want the white dial without double batons, you could also try the 34mm version.

Anyway, enjoy the new watch, wathever it turns out to be!

How easy was it sourcing a Mercedes handset and getting it installed? Seen this mod in a few posts but never bothered to ask? Looks fab!

Did you try the Black 36mm? Would love to see more pictures of that one - very interested in it.

I prefer the 36mm dial configuration with the double batons and arabics second track. Very few pictures, and no video around of the 36mm though.

I don't think either of those two sizes looks wrong on your wrist. If I were asked to rate the fit I'd say the 39 is 8/10 and 36 is 10/10 on you.

I don't get why Rolex does this though. 36mm is the best size (just compare a 36mm explorer 1 vs a 39mm one). Then they ruin it with the double batons.

This. If it looks too small though I wouldn't go for 34mm.

All fit you good. Depending on what you have in your collection the white or black 39.

I'm not normally a 'modder' but mine is one of the first 116000s with thinner hands and terrible legibility (particularly at night) - if I'd bought one of the newer models where the hands are much thicker then I'm not sure I would've bothered (I already owned a 14270 & a 114270 Explorers).
It wasn't too difficult a task, obviously ROLEX was out of the question, so I only had 2 choices - either find an 'Accreditted' ROLEX Watch repairer with a ROLEX spares account OR a TRF trusted seller with one (which is what I did) I already had a ROLEX accreditted watch repairer, who looks after our family's watches, so it worked out fine and not too expensive.
A set of 16610 hands is what you need to order and Bingo!

I went for 34mm for my 6.5 inch wrist and am very pleased with how it wears.

Thanks for all the input guys and dolls - leaning towards the 36mm in blue but will try and get another look at the black and white models. Given that my two existing pieces are 41mm and 39mm respectively, it would be nice to have a smaller, all round piece.

I honestly can't imagine a better current day Rolex than that 34mm on your wrist. Simply stunning.

Which OP?

I have 7” wrists which make a 34 a bit too small, a 36 is a perfect size but I can wear a 40mm watch as well. I would have no problem with a 39, but in the pictures the 36 is more proportional for you. I like the blue best, personally.

They're all very attractive designs. I'm partial to the beautiful blue with the 3/6/9, but to be honest I'd be very happy with any of them myself.

Cheers! I’m very happy with it.

I don’t have an extensive collection but am seriously considering selling my other watches on the basis that the OP can be worn every day and for all occasions...

Needs a date bubble in my opinion. The OP looks too bland. Spend a few dollars more and get a date just with a fluted bezel

White dialed 39mm for sure. I love that watch and would buy one if I didn't already own a white dialed EXPII.

The black is very nice also.

Hard to choose. Flip a coin.
