Mt Rushmore of Watches

Thought this would be fun as we are all probably on a semi-lock down due to COVID-19. What would be on your Mt Rushmore for watches? Obviously this can be pretty subjective but looking at horological significance, etc... Since Mt. Rushmore has 4 Presidents we will keep it to 4 watches. Ground rules are they can be all from the same company but different models, but lets not worry about ref numbers. My Mt. Rushmore would be:

(1) Rolex Submariner
(2) Rolex GMT
(3) Rolex Explorer
(4) Omega Speedmaster

I guess my Mt. Rushmore is complete as I already have my favorites from Rolex.
Not in any particular order:

1) SS Skydweller blue dial
2) SS Daytona C white dial
3) 50th anniversary submariner
4) SS GMT II BLRO

Washington - the original, he’s an Oyster Perpetual - the original Rolex
Jefferson - Authored the Declaration of Independence, he’s a Datejust - defines what it is to be Rolex
Lincoln - a progressive guy, lots of changes happening that modernized the US - just as the submariner did for Rolex
Roosevelt - a presidents president - he’s a DayDate.

Sorry TRF, Mt Rolexmore is mostly classic refs

If choosing four historically significant mechanical watches, they can’t all be Rolex.
My four:

1. Rolex Submariner
2. Omega Speedmaster
3. Zenith El Primero
4. AP Royal Oak

I really like how you used the actual presidents. So here's my list where I tried to focus specifically on the Rolex brand.

Washington = Submariner
Washington is the name I equate with the word President and I feel the Submariner is also the watch people equate with Rolex. Washington also set many precedents for what presidency would eventually be (e.g. limited terms) and I think the Submariner with the oyster case also set tool watch focus of the Rolex brand early in its history.

Jefferson = Master GMT
Jefferson always seemed to be an international President who was aware of the entire world. So to me, the GMT makes sense as it spans time across the vast distance.

Lincoln = SeaDweller
Lincoln was a president during such a tumultuous time of conflict. It was difficult to choose a specific watch for this president, but I would argue the Sea Dweller is the appropriate choice here as the SD was a watch with origins in conflict as divers focused on pushing the boundaries for deeper and deeper depths.

Roosevelt = Explorer I
Ol' Teddy. One of my favorite presidents out there. A man who really reflects ruggedness and exploration. He seemed down to earth and simple, but also had a great depth to him. The Explorer I (a 1016 specifically) is all these things. A simple watch, but one that works and has so much depth.

This is tough...You realize how many classics Rolex has when you try narrowing it down. No matter which you choose you're going to leave classics off. I'd go with:

1. Patek Calatrava - the dress watch.
2. Rolex Submariner
3. Rolex Day-Date
4. Rolex GMT Master

Very hard to exclude the Explorer, my beloved Explorer II, the Date-Just and the Daytona, but I'm pretty comfortable that the ones on the list belong.

Jefferson is a Daniel Wellington or MVMT - all style and no substance.

It seems his most redeeming quality and reason for his success was his handwriting (i’m not joking). Did he author the declaration of independence? Well he scribed it and wrote the first draft, but the actual declaration that went out was something he was not happy with.

Watches on a National Memorial located in South Dakota, USA?

I'd choose something made in America, having historical significance:

Hers's some suggestions:
