Congratulations my friend. Every WIS has to have one. A total classic. It looks great on you.

1988 to 2006. Mine tracks to 1995, about the midpoint of the run. I'm hopefuly done for a bit but you never know. Finding the right watch for me is really the question.

Awesome. I’m curious, what is the actual size difference between this and the traditional moonwatch? Dial looks like same dimensions. To my eye only the crown pusher area looks a little smaller?

Nice - I know it’s 38 but does it wear smaller than your platona?

Absolutely a bit smaller. Narrower bracelet and shorter end to end. It takes a bit to get used to looking at it. On the other hand I really like the hesalite; something I've never had as my old Mark II was sapphire. It's 39mm not 38mm fwiw.

Congratulations. A great watch to add. I had forgotten about mine. Now I will have to give it some wrist time.
