I need an everyday watch.. torn between the sub hulk or the black ceramic with date.

What do you guys suggestion?

Is the hulk a good every day watch. Will it match with everything? Or should I got for the classic black ceramic

Either would work as an every day in my lifestyle. The hulk dial is stunning and more interesting. Black is classic and beautiful too.

Among my collection, I wear my sub and batman the most. The Hulk is beautiful but its very hard to match.

I own both a black ND Sub and a Hulk. There’s no doubt that the Hulk is my go to and gets more wrist time but the black ND Sub is probably a more versatile choice in most daily situations. It’s really up to you and your personal preference but I can tell you that whichever you choose you won’t be disappointed!

The LVC is a awesome watch but over time I found the green a bit tiresome. IMO, the LVC is for larger collections to give it some diversity but in the end you must really like the color green.

Sounds to me like a black classic sub would fit that need perfectly.

Go with the one you like best, period, and don't worry about matching it to outfits (Seriously, who matches all their outfits to their watch? Do people who wear BLROs feel like they have to wear blue and red all the time?) or what is "appropriate" to wear everyday. Unless you are in an extremely stodgy Mad Men style office that's a relic of a bygone era or you work in the salt mines or are a Navy Seal, just get the watch you like and wear it any time you want.

I chose the Hulk because I have a collection and have other watches for everyday. I don’t worry about matching it too much. If I was a one watch guy it would have to be black but black is just not as special.

You said “everyday” watch. I don’t know how the Black Sub could lose to the Hulk as an everyday. Don’t get me wrong, the Hulk (LV) is great, but it’s not superior to the Black (LN) as an everyday wearer.

Here's my take. The Hulk is less common and better looking, that being said, black is more elegant and is a Jack of all trades. So depending on what your every day needs include, Hulk can be too much, whereas the black Sub can't. With the watches you stated you own, I'd go black.

Both beautiful pieces. In my view, it depends on your day to day. I work in a formal setting so, while I want a hulk, it makes more sense for me to go with a black sub as it is more subtle and goes with almost everything. Kinda hard to pull a hulk as a daily for me.

With that said, really looking forward to getting it at some point for weekends/travel, etc.

Can't go wrong with either!

I’ve owned both. If you can swing an OP or a EXP 1 get green. If you’re planning on sticking to a forever watch you MUST go with the Black.
