Gshock repair sources

Hi,

Are there any places that do g-shock repairs? My daughter cracked the Crystal on her baby-g Pokémon.

Thanks!

I did that when I didn’t get a response. Casio responded with this: (Hope this helps someone else)

There are only two authorized repair centers in the USA: California and New Jersey.

Both locations require the item be sent in for evaluation to determine the cost of the repairs.

If you are located west of the Mississippi, you can send your product to the facility in CA
