broughy my ex 2 back in 99 and its a great watch but have had alot of problems with the stem and it screwing in
the rolex store has replaired it 3 times but to this day ten years later it still gives me problems. overall besides that the watch has been great |

You should send it to a Rolex Service Center. There's an exceptional one in Dallas. They'll make it as good as new. Just make sure to let them know about your crown issue.

Yeah, tell them you want a new crown/case tube. If the stem was cut @ an AD tell them to check for proper length.
