Very confused.... Help please......

I have called my local AD (complete idiot runs it. He tried to convince me that current models have tritium), to request him to order new spring bars for my 1680. After his request for me to produce my serial # was satisfied, he then declines to order the bars based on the fact my watch currently has a tropic 19 on rather than the original 127.

I know I could order generic, but I want authentic Rolex. Why is this so hard??

Get the spring bars from Otto Frei, and do not frequent that AD again.

Thanks everyone. It is the only AD in my city, but I will never walk through that door again.
