Suggestions Please
Hello,
So I am in need of suggestions from TRF. I have about $3200 to spend and I want a vintage piece. I would prefer to go with a professional model but that seems unlikely (I want a 1675). Any ideas of what could be gotten in my budget? Thanks for your help. |

Some careful shopping might net you a 16750?

The explorer is beautiful but I really want a bezel. Could a none date submariner be priced at around $3200?

Check out the 16700, the last GMT Master, before Rolex added the II. Easy for your budget, as is 16750.

That kind of money will get you a nice vintage Tudor Sub or maybe even a Big Block...if lucky.
But if you really want a vintage GMT.....that is want you should get. Have seen older GMT“s in that price range! Here“s my Tudor Submariner 7021, aka Snowflake...got it for about $ 3000

Thanks for all the great ideas. The Tudor subs picture are wonderful. I had not thought about a big block either. I will make a purchase within the month and I'll be sure to post it on here.
Thanks again. |
