Swiss vs Swiss - T <25
Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me the difference or significance of the two different markings on the dial. I am looking at a Explorer (1016) that has just "Swiss" on the dial ( 6 oclock position ). Most everyother Explorer I see has Swiss - T <25. My guess is that "Swiss" is an early model. I did see a vintage 1963 Explorer with only Swiss. Thanks for your help, John |

Welcome! I think the T<25 is the service replacement dial.

T<25 is a marking used on a tritium lumed dial.
Swiss was used on early vintage model, and now on service dials with luminova lume. |

Depends on when it was made. The first three of the serial number would help and/or a photo.
Here's a good explanation, http://www.oysterinfo.de/en/detailin...asse/index.php |
