Real watch papers?

I’m in the middle of buying a watch and the seller is claiming the watch comes with papers. The only papers are the photo below which I have seen sold with another watch but would like people’s opinion if they would consider this a watch with ‘papers’. The serial number for the watch is written into the watch no. Section in blue pen which I have redacted.

These look similar to the booklet/papers in my 1016 listing.

The serial number of the watch I am selling is printed on the booklet, not hand written, and I have blacked it for security purposes. The booklet also has some embossing, which can be clearly seen in one of the photos in the listing.

I don't understand why people don't just buy from the top few reputable sellers

It is quite common to have the serial number written in with pen in these warranty booklets. They were used for a short time during the late 1960s to early 1970s.

Contrary to another comment in this thread, you don't have to be a "reputable" seller to have a watch with this guarantee booklet.
