Soothis Flyback Automatic. Anyone knows about it?

I was going through some stuff the other day and I found a Soothis Flyback Ref. 1338 watch that came in a lot of watches that I bought at one of the IWJG shows in Dalllas a few years ago.

The watch is a flyback type fitted with an automatic movement, SS case made in Germany, sapphire crystal caseback and comes on a black croc strap with a deployant buckle. It is a nice looking watch though, however, I am clueless regarding the manufacture or price of it.

Does anyone have any information regarding this brand?

Thanks.

Here are a couple iPhone pics.

Reviewing an 11 year old thread because nothing else was found:

Did you ever figure out more about this watch? Seems like these were knockoff Sothis watches? Had grabbed one at an estate sale and the numbers are slowly falling off and causing the fingers to get hung up on them.
