Super Ocean Heritage 46 too big for me?

I think Breitling nailed it with the "story" and look of this piece. The blue just pops!

I wasnt going for bling....and that said, I'm thinking I went too big with the 46 while the 42 prob would have been a better fit. Does it look too big or is that how it was designed to be worn back in the day?

Perhaps I need to find a bigger wrist RF member with a 42! If you know anyone...i have the complete set I bought here locally in Dallas from Bachendorfs.

I'd need to see more pics, different angles, from different distances. In that pic it looks a little big, but not too big by any means. Beautiful watch by the way.

It is a big watch and will wear big. You bought it because you liked it. Stop worrying and keep on wearing.
I found that even though they are 46mm, they are still a reasonable 13mm high, so they don't look ridiculous. It is when you get to 18mm+ in height, or 50mm+ in diameter, that things get out of hand.

Sam it is definitely too big. I will PM my address so you can send it to me since I have large wrists.

Looks great to me, no issues.

I have the same issue. I bought mine this past December and it's definitely a huge watch and definitely looks bling. My wrist is 7.5inches (dunno if that's small or big), but I find myself not wearing it that often. I'm mostly wearing my 40-41's.

In truth, am considering selling it.

Would you be so kind to let us know your wrist size? (Mine is 6.75" and thinking of getting a 46 mm SOHC myself...) Thx

Don't worry about it. If you're comfortable with it, it's fine. I don't have huge wrists, but I wear a Seawolf occasionally. It never concerns me if someone thinks it looks too big. I like it and despite it's size I find it quite comfortable.

Just enjoy your Breitling. It's a great looking piece!
