tolerances

I bought a "superocean" last year and sent it of to the main breitling service centre in the UK for a total overhaul with a new crystal etc,the bill for this work was approx. £540 which I did not object to as their estimate was within the final invoice,it was returned last august and I have had to reset the time on a number of occasions,i set the time 21 days ago and it is now approx. 3 minutes slow to my pc which I set it from, this is approx. 1 minute a week ,is this a acceptable tolerance on a timepiece such as this??
when I bought this watch I was certainly expecting better timekeeping from it!
cheers for any thoughts.

One minute a week does seem too much and it is not within COSC specifications. I'd have Breitling regulate it, which should be covered under the service warranty.
