Fair grey price for Lange 1815 Flyback Chrono in rose gold black dial

I assume the boutique edition trades a bit higher but like the black dial better anyway...

I think an AD would offer it at maybe $42k, so grey should be lower

So you are thinking about 15-20 % off at AD? Slowly starting to get comfortable with greys after I have been doing more research but small premium would be worth buying from AD. At what price would / should you buy from a grey ?

I guess it all depends on the watch and your relationship with both the AD and the grey dealer. Sometimes building a relationship with an AD over the long run is worth it, sometimes you just want to lowest price.

You are right building the relationship is definitely something I’m interested in but then again I wanted to get a feel of what I should aim for... will wait how things turn out in the world over the next few months and see what my AD tells me. No way I’m getting the ok to spend $40k right now anyway :)
