Love it! Personally, while I can understand preferences in text colour, I really can't imagine that being the driving force to avoid the 126618LB. If you don't like the updated case size, shape, bracelet width, etc. sure. But text colour??...

Also 45k? Hard pass. I guess better than the 59k for the white gold. I will keep mine.

When you're paying this type of money I like to think that all the details count.

WOW - $45.5k

I can see the old one selling above $40k very very soon. Already at $38.5k now on David site.

I wasn’t sure about the white text before I saw JRell post a pic of his TT Bluesy. It looks pretty dang good on the TT. On the all gold Sub, I’m afraid it looks slightly newspaperish and is a lot of bold print. I’ll probably end up liking it but first time seeing it, it’s startling. I am totally satisfied with my 116613LB gold lettering and all!!

I guess there are ppl who like that white text.

To me though it just doesnt flow with the color scheme. I feel they were just lazy and didnt want to change the dial stamp ink since now all the Sub dials have the same white text. LOL

Just lazy in my eyes or maybe cost cutting. LMFAO

Absolutely! So much for it with that white coloured inscription! That is awful! Do you think it was done intentional for distinguishing it from 116618LB and 116613LB?

I'm exactly the opposite, never liked the gold text and think this looks really fresh

+1 - I think that the white text really pops and is a nice change.

Gold text was starting to look a bit stale to me, not a deal breaker though. The white text pops and looks fresher. This is a sports watch!

To be honest I don’t think it makes that much of a difference, the slimmer lugs is more of a difference.
Not true, the black YG has white text so that option was there and one of the reasons I went for the Blue dial. In isolation the white looks fine but when set against the gold text, the gold just all flows much better.

Finally they’re getting released!

Crazy price tag to be the first on the block though, not a chance I would pay that for this, or even retail for that matter when they could be had a discount from AD even last year

I have a feeling the white text looks much better in person than in pictures

Gotta agree. The gold text adds to the warm look of the watch.

I guess agree to disagree! Both great options.

One of my buddies and I were chatting last night and he was just sent this from his AD. Looks like they are finally getting distributed.

Honestly I also think the gold text looks best on the blue dial......but the black dial 100% looks better with white. They had already changed LN’s with 11 series though.

Honestly if I was in the market for a full gold sub I would still buy this if I didnt already have one.

Its still a boss watch (gold or white text) and it still looks freakin awesome even though I prefer the gold text. Solid gold subs are the craze these days hey - instagram blowing up with them from all the online dealers flexing with them.

Yeah I had started a thread weeks ago and been searching daily. They just now got released at retailers this past week.

I’m still so confused as to why Rolex waited 1.5 months for the all gold, but immediately sent out the SS/TT.
