Scammer lurking the forums

So I'm currently selling my Day-Date 118238. Got a text from someone asking a bunch of questions about my watch. After 3 days of questions he asked me for a bunch of wrist shots and private pictures taken from my phone. I did so. Then he asked about a trade. He started sending me an AP taken from a phone with wrist shots and specific angles that this individual asked me to do. I proceed to ask for a picture of the case back, he then decided to send me a "stock" photo of a clear case back Ap which this individual even had the nerve of blacking out the serial like its his watch.

After calling him out. He hasn't responded since.

Beware he will probably us the photo of my Day-Date i sent him privately of my watch to an unsuspecting person trying to trade it.

This is his number:

(501) 231-1594

Lets keep the forums safe

He probably wanted the photos of your watch so he can try to scam someone with your photos. I hate scammers.

I'm pretty sure that was my AP that is for sale if it is a 26400. For some reason that number sounded familiar and I checked my text messages and he was asking me for more pictures of it and then dropped off.

Yes it was, lol.

When I asked him how much he wanted for it. He said 16.5k. I knew at that point something was up. That's why I asked for the case back picture and he sent me a google picture of it.

He's going around trying to get real unposted cell phone like picture to make his claims on trade more legitimate. Not sure who will be dumb enough to send him a watch first. But he might get someone to wire him money. Hopfully people check the forums before doing so.

You might consider posting those pictures on TRF so that a google image search will find them and attribute to you.
