Fake Smurf

Had a buddy at my sister's wedding showing me his new "blue submariner." He's convinced he has a real Smurf. I've known him forever and have tried nicely to tell him its not a real white gold sub.

Pic for a laugh, my Hulk next to it for comparison. I figure the case is at least a 42 or bigger.

When I saw it peaking out from under his cuff I was jealous....which was very short lived upon closer inspection.

Is it actually a pelagos? If so, what a waste...
