I suppose you can disclose the dealer...
I guess someone in here will know something about him/her

You are not doing something wrong by disclosing his/her name!!

I thought the same! If it is the same way h in the two pictures then the OPs LEC might not be off, as the first (I assume camera phone) shot looks terrible vs the DSLR macro shot.

Well, I went downtown (Munich) where there are 4 different ADs within walking distance.
All four said the piece looks authentic enough, winding a bit on the hard side, but three of them wouldn't open it, because apparently ADs are not allowed to check authenticity. Strictly forbidden actually. So then I went into the 4th place I just said I thought something is off with the watch and the repair guy took it in to check out the inside. I will get it back tomorrow or so.
The Seller is the no.1 online retailer for new & used watches in Germany, it hits your Google very hard anywhere you go. Its little ads & badges show up all the time. Actually not known to sell counterfeit or replica watches.

I will try to post pics that I made with my phone but somehow the Tapatalk is giving me trouble. It says EMPTY CONTENT when I want to upload pics.

I still have serious doubts about this watch and I think there's a better than 50% chance something is seriously off. BTW how can the LEC appear so different on 2 different cams? The bad one above looks like my LEC.

Hi JR,
Hope your doubts will be cleared soon. Pls share the name of the shop you bought from. Regardless of the outcome.

I personally wouldn’t publicly announce you MAY have a fake watch from a reputable dealer until you 100% confirm it is fake. Defamation can be very serious!

I do hope you get sorted though!

Op- if you caught it before the mods took it down, there was a member that outlined the issues I saw- there are definite issues with this piece.

Did the watch come with the original bracelet, or just that brown strap?

Is that 60 full winds for all new Rolex models?

Yes, I returned it for a full refund. USD 8,000 was just a bit too risky for a watch I wasn't sure it didn't contain Chinese clone parts. After all, the piece had first been sold in China per papers. Dealer took it back & paid, so no harm done. I will never know if it was 100% genuine or not. If I look at my pics of the LEC I guess returning was the right thing. The guy at the Munich AD said that's how LECs look but that didn't convince me.

I had a good friend recently try to buy a fake rolex. They took her money and did not ship. (But what would you expect dealing with theives)

At any rate, I asked her to show me pics of the movement which was supposed to be a rep 3235 movement.

I've been schooled by the mods here that we are not supposed to give away the givaways, but if you look at the rep movement vs the gen movement, you can clearly see design differences.

I pointed this out and said I could tell immediately that the movement was a fake.
