Regarding lume, do Tudor watches have better . . .

Especially their dive watches.

Tudor uses a lume that is brighter, as do most all other makers than Rolex. Rolex changed to the blue, name slips me, knowing it isn't as bright bit the blue lady a bit longer.

The bracelet on my Tudor Chrono is much more substantial compared to my Rolex oyster bracelets. In fact it’s not even close. If you haven’t compared them side to side you just might and see what you think.

Yes. They often have longer power reserves and better depth rating than their Rolex counterparts, too.

Nice one Dan. And to reply to the lume question its mainly the lume total area that gives the glow the more total surface area the brighter the glow.

Yes...

Depends on the model and vintage.

I think they ar on pair.. at least between the 114060 & BBburgundy. My Tudor GMT however is far worse than my BBburgundy. I suppose it´s because of the smaller indices of the Tudor GMT...

I have not seen any promotional photo’s of the lume and it doesn’t deliver until July.

But the plots are painted on like vintage Tudor Prince Subs were.

Viewing my watch in the dark is probably a 20 to 80 ratio, I’m not bothered about the lume... but it is pretty cool!

Rolex lume is pretty poor. But lume doesn’t even rank on my list when deciding on a watch to buy anyway.

The snowflake hour hand puts me off a Tudor. Also the stories I hear about the date not advancing properly is a major turn off - even if it fixed now.
