I got the chance to see one today at my AD. I'm not going to post a wristshot as it's embarrassingly big on my wrists.

I think it's a lot nicer in person than the renderings suggest. The matte dial with gold outlined lume markers and gold text works very well together. The extra bezel markers also feel a bit more complete than the black TT Sub. Overall, I think it's more attractive than the TT Sub. It is flashy and you better have the wrists to pull it off!

Sea-Dwellers are serious tool watches. So a bi-metal doesn't make sense to me.

Please, fellows don’t talk in haste. First you have to see it. I was totally appalled when it was shown and mesmerised when saw it alive. So much that I know consider getting it asap. I will try getting it today, provided my AD is generous in providing at least some % off.

The SD43 is the "new" bigger and badder Sub. It just is. I have a feeling that the SD43 will start coming in all kinds of configurations because people want something bigger than 40MM.

For me after seeing one in person it looked very close to the TT Sub that it was sitting next to. It’s not one I would care to own.

It looks much better IRL than in photos.

Having said that, I知 still sort of sulking about a TT Seadweller

Don't take it personally Brian, I'm sure Rolex didn't mean to offend you
