Would 41 mm ROC follow suit the RO 15500 in sharing the new 70H reserve movt. found in the CODE11.59 line.

Just received mine. Boutique has to wait 1st September to sell it. Choose panda dial. Perfect with a white shirt and blue jeans. Very happy, but be careful with length of the bracelet big wrists will not be able to wear... and no possibility to get additional links for the moment. Hope AP will change mind.

Would they; most likely yes. But when, is unknown. At the moment; they’re still the same 1185 movement with 40 hours of power reserve.

You guys think there's a chance that boutiques carry any in stock? Or are they as elusive as a Daytona.

Boutiques have the rose gold model. I've seen it in two HK ADs and in Taiwan so don't think that one is selling well. The stainless steel models are waitlist only right now as AP only started deliveries in September so there will be a backlog of demand for the first several months. After that we'll see how popular these are. The 26331 at the more conventional 41mm size can be bought at retail with a few months wait at most (and trades basically at retail price in the secondary market) so I can't imagine a 38mm ROC being more popular than that.

No harm in dropping by or giving them a call. I think there's more opportunity on this piece because of the 38mm size

They actually had a grey dial available for sale in the Bangkok boutique when I dropped in last week during my travels. It’s a stunner.

I’m trying to decide whether to pull the trigger on it. Gray stainless. Put myself on the list a while back - just arrived. Wondering if I should pass on it and grab one in 2020. The demand seems somewhat weak. There are 26 on chrono24 - at not all that much of a premium.

They’re listed for quite a large premium. $6-10k from what I see. Whether they’re selling anywhere close to that is a different story.

You should just buy it. In this market, if you’re offered anything at retail and you like it, just get it.

Does anyone know the width in millimeters of the clasp/bracelet? I have a 7 1/8' wrist, but am used to a 38MM diver. However, I am curious how thin the bracelet is on this versus the 41MM.

Thanks!

Anyone know how long the wait lists are at the boutiques? Probably difficult given many are closed right now.

I saw many people here complaining about the location of the date window not center between 4 and 5 o'clock.
The reason that they did it like that because the diameter of sub-dial at 3 and 9 o'clock are bigger than the diameter of sub-dial at 6 o'clock. When they place the date window, they place at the center between the tangent of 3 and 6 o'clock sub-dial, that is why it isn't at the center between 4 and 5 o'clock. If all the sub-dial diameters are the same size diameter, the date window will be at the center between 4 and 5 o'clock.

I went to boutique yesterday and many watches were on display. Basically other than special models like 15500 and up most ROC/ROO/Divers were on the window—something i had not seen in the last 2 years....

Thx. I’m genuinely OCD about a lot of things, but this doesn’t bother me. You’d have to be looking dead straight into the date window and then at the markers on each side to notice it during wear. It’s an oddity to me.

The lack of hacking seconds on the 2385, now that genuinely messes with my head LOL.
