I’m not set on Nome. I’m open to anywhere that meets my earlier stated guidelines. Just happens the properties we’ve looked at and liked thus far have been close to Nome.

I’m not as skilled of a carpenter as him. That’s for damn sure. I believe he used one of the pre fab kits. I believe I could figure that out without too many issues.

Thanks for the well wishes!! I agree, it will hopefully be something that generations of my family can enjoy.
