NY Watch Lab: any info?

Hi.

I just ordered a Rolex from NY Watch Lab via chrono24. I'm not entirely new to watches, but am new to making serious purchases online--and this will be my first Rolex. :-)

I guess I'm as reassured as one can be by their "Trusted Seller" designation, the escrow process, number of positive reviews, etc., but does anyone know these folks, good or bad? Are there any red (or green) flags you can spot?

(Am I just making myself crazy bc it's the first time I've bought a serious watch online, and it's a lot of money, at least for me?)

Thanks for helping out a noob--I appreciate it. :-)

Also, sorry not to actually include clickable links. As a new user, I'm not allowed, so instead I've attached a PDF of the listing.

Hi - sorry I don't have any experience with them but I also just purchased a watch from them. Just curious, how did your transaction turn out?

Hey there! Just joined up as well, but I had the same question - has anyone ever worked with NY Watch Lab (55 W 47 Street suite 480, New York, NY 10036) before? How did your experiences go?

I have my eye on one of their pieces on Chrono24 and I have seen nothing but glowing reviews on that site, Google, and their own site.

When I purchased a watch from them (listed as new on their website and chrono24), it took them a few days to call me to tell me that the "new" watch that I purchased was actually a preowned watch. They presented it as a "you knew that right?" They told me that a new watch would be another $4-5k. I told them I wasn't interested and they refunded me.
